Group project reunion (02/06/2020)

Today we found out that we still have to complete our group performance which was previously delayed until a later date. The problem is that due to exams and other factors of school, we have to perform this in two days. Admittedly I’ve forgotten a lot of my lines and I can’t help but fear for other actors such as Lynn and Sokula who have six scenes to revise in only two nights. We also have to perform this at Mr. Gibson’s house which should be interesting as we have never done a graded performance out of school before.

For my acting, I find that with this new piece of information (Being at an external location compared to ISS) will be very handy for my acting. Seeing as we were supposed to do the Stanislavsky method as our practitioner (Although this is subject to change because of guidelines that could prohibit us from using Stanislavsky again), performing in a place that is outside of a mostly blank room (The black box at ISS) enables me to use my environment to better suit my character and achieve the effect of creeping out my co actors more easily.
