Production updates (14/05/2020)

Due to the Covid-19 crisis forcing us to stay at home, the production has been delayed significantly. However, Mr. Gibson told Thomas and I today that there’s a high chance that it could be cancelled completely unless we take measures to lessen our workloads (Both being senior students with increasing pressure due to external exams), while delivering a satisfactory product. I think it can be done, but I do believe that for this to be done I’ll have to take a lesser role on the directing team which I have come to terms with. I don’t think it would be a wise choice to announce this decision because other students could get demoralized by their leader stepping down, but I won’t step away completely. I want Grease to be done, because too much has been put into it already and we need to prove that despite extreme circumstances, anything is possible with will and optimism.
